What you will do

• Set up and operate lathes, mills, and CNC machines safely and efficiently.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production program issues on the shop floor.
• Develop offline CNC programs for critical paths and bottlenecks.
• Support new product introductions and project-related programming activities.
• Train and assist other CNC setup operators.
• Document manufacturing activities in alignment with quality standards.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency in EIA G-code editing and Mazatrol programming/editing required.
• Experience working with Mazak milling machines required.
• Strong knowledge of EdgeCam or Fusion 360 required.
• 3+ years of manufacturing industry experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds and perform physical tasks in a shop environment.
