CNC Operator/Programmer (Weekdays - Day Shift)

Location: United States; hybrid operator/programmer role performed across the shop floor and manufacturing plant.

What you will do

• Set up and operate lathes, mills, and CNC machines safely and efficiently.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production program issues on the shop floor.
• Develop offline CNC programs for critical paths and production bottlenecks.
• Support new product introductions and project-related programming activities.
• Improve programming efficiency to optimize cycle times, increase throughput, and maximize machine utilization.
• Train and assist other CNC setup operators while documenting manufacturing activities and following quality and safety requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Proficiency in metalworking, EIA G-code editing, and Mazatrol programming/editing.
• Experience working with Mazak milling machines.
• Strong knowledge of EdgeCam or Fusion 360.
• At least 3 years of manufacturing experience is preferred; an associate or technical degree is also preferred.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English is required. Must also be able to work flexible hours and overtime, lift up to 40 pounds, and perform physical tasks in the manufacturing environment.
