CNC Operator/Programmer (Weekend - Night Shift)

Location: Pasadena, Texas, USA. Onsite weekend night shift: Friday–Sunday, 5:00 pm–5:00 am.

Salary: USD 27–31 per hour.

What you will do

• Set up and operate CNC lathes, mills, and other CNC machines safely and efficiently.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production program issues on the shop floor.
• Develop offline CNC programs for critical production paths and bottlenecks.
• Support new product introductions and project-related programming activities.
• Improve programming efficiency, cycle times, throughput, and machine utilization.
• Train and assist other CNC setup operators while documenting manufacturing activities accurately.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Proficiency in EIA G-code editing and Mazatrol programming/editing is required.
• Experience with Mazak milling machines and strong knowledge of EdgeCam or Fusion 360 are required.
• Proficiency in metalworking and the ability to read factory work orders, prints, charts, tables, and written or verbal instructions.
• Ability to collaborate across teams, manage changing priorities, and work flexible hours or overtime as needed.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English. Physical requirements include lifting and carrying up to 40 pounds and maneuvering throughout the manufacturing environment.
