TL;DR

Location: Must be based in the United States

Compensation: $17/hour + $65/month internet stipend

What you will do

  • Handle inbound and outbound voice calls for various utility programs.
  • Manage customer enrollments, visit scheduling, and program education.
  • Provide technical and online support via phone, chat, and email.
  • Navigate multiple software platforms simultaneously while maintaining call quality.
  • Adhere to a committed schedule with set breaks and lunches.
  • Track personal performance data and progress in real time.

Requirements

  • Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum 6 months of customer-facing experience.
  • Ability to type 35+ WPM.
  • Dedicated home office space with hardwired internet (10 Mbps upload / 20 Mbps download).
  • Ability to work a committed schedule without personal disruptions.
