What you will do
- Handle inbound and outbound voice calls for various utility programs.
- Manage customer enrollments, visit scheduling, and program education.
- Provide technical and online support via phone, chat, and email.
- Navigate multiple software platforms simultaneously while maintaining call quality.
- Adhere to a committed schedule with set breaks and lunches.
- Track personal performance data and progress in real time.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum 6 months of customer-facing experience.
- Ability to type 35+ WPM.
- Dedicated home office space with hardwired internet (10 Mbps upload / 20 Mbps download).
- Ability to work a committed schedule without personal disruptions.
