What you will do

• Provide consultation and support to real estate professionals on hirify.global's platform, products, and features.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and handle billing inquiries via inbound/outbound calls, chat, and email.
• Educate partners on products and services to help them grow their businesses and achieve their goals.
• Strive to resolve inquiries on the first contact while maintaining a high level of integrity and service.
• Collaborate with internal business partners to continuously improve the client experience.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within a contact center and work-from-home environment.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets and goals.
• Experience managing large volumes of customer contacts across multiple channels in a timely manner.
• Must be based in the USA (any of the 50 states).
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask during active contacts.
• Access to a reputable ISP (hotspots not allowed), Ethernet connection, and a quiet, private workspace.
