What you will do

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for collections, product, and sales support, logging all interactions in Salesforce.
• Maintain client relationships to drive customer satisfaction and retention while educating them on product enhancements.
• Guide customers through corporate intranets, policies, and compliance guidelines via educational webinars.
• Research and resolve account activity issues and manage technical cases for the development team.
• Build and maintain client websites, including updating HTML coding and ensuring adherence to compliance guidelines.
• Collaborate with Client Relationship Managers and facilitate information flow across relevant internal teams.

Requirements

• At least three years of customer service experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Comfort with online marketing solutions and AI applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain professional verbal conversations for the majority of the shift.
