What you will do

• Manage overall sales activities to generate new business revenue and maintain existing hospital business.
• Develop and lead strategic account plans for hirify.global Laboratories (MCL).
• Communicate the value of laboratory services to hospital executive leadership.
• Collaborate with field staff to meet customer and strategic initiatives.
• Establish and cultivate long-term professional relationships with hospital systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, medical technology, or sciences.
• Must be based in Missouri or Southern Illinois.
• Minimum 3 years of sales or business management experience (5+ years in healthcare preferred).
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 80%, including international travel and occasional weekends.
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
• No visa sponsorship available (including F-1 STEM OPT extension).
• 2-year commitment to the role is required.
