Salary: $71,300 - $124,500 USD (plus commission).

What you will do

  • Develop and execute retention strategies for existing clinical surveillance and pharmacy productivity accounts.
  • Establish and maintain trusted advisor relationships with hospital and health system executives.
  • Identify and qualify new revenue opportunities for professional services, add-ons, and module expansions.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and provide regular updates on account health and revenue status.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, implementation, marketing, and product management teams.
  • Gather customer feedback to influence product roadmaps and competitive positioning.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the USA.
  • Proven experience in account management or sales within the healthcare or hospital software sector.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills for closing deals at the executive level.
  • Advanced proficiency in CRM software for tracking and managing account performance.
  • Ability to travel for onsite interviews or client meetings as required.
  • English proficiency required.
