Salary: $71,300 - $124,500 USD (plus commission).

What you will do
- Develop and execute retention strategies for existing clinical surveillance and pharmacy productivity accounts.
- Establish and maintain trusted advisor relationships with hospital and health system executives.
- Identify and qualify new revenue opportunities for professional services, add-ons, and module expansions.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and provide regular updates on account health and revenue status.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, implementation, marketing, and product management teams.
- Gather customer feedback to influence product roadmaps and competitive positioning.
Requirements
- Must be based in the USA.
- Proven experience in account management or sales within the healthcare or hospital software sector.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills for closing deals at the executive level.
- Advanced proficiency in CRM software for tracking and managing account performance.
- Ability to travel for onsite interviews or client meetings as required.
- English proficiency required.
