What you will do
- Lead complex contract negotiations with high-value providers to ensure alignment with enterprise pricing and growth objectives.
- Serve as the executive-level relationship owner for strategic providers, influencing routing decisions and share of wallet growth.
- Facilitate joint business planning and annual reviews to align provider capabilities with company goals.
- Act as a bridge between providers and internal teams including Sales, Product, and Operations to ensure seamless execution.
- Analyze financial and operational data to identify revenue opportunities, risks, and performance gaps.
- Represent provider perspectives in cross-functional forums to influence product development and go-to-market strategies.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States
- Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of experience in contract negotiation, provider relations, or account management.
- Proven ability to lead complex negotiations and manage executive-level stakeholder dynamics.
- Strong financial acumen with experience evaluating pricing models and revenue sustainability.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
