Compensation: $6,949.92 - $9,992.50 CAD Monthly

What you will do
- Lead the strategic planning and operational delivery of the Patient Program portfolio, including Standardized Patients, Clinical Teaching Associates, and Volunteer Patients.
- Develop and implement administrative policies, systems, and business processes to ensure provincial standardization and efficiency.
- Manage financial operations, including operating budgets, contract negotiations, and cost recovery models.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management to a team of administrative and support staff.
- Foster strong relationships with community partners, internal faculty, and external health-education collaborators.
- Ensure all program activities are ethical, trauma-informed, and aligned with institutional commitments to equity, diversity, and inclusion.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline.
- Minimum of three years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proven track record in managerial growth within a community engagement or people-centric professional environment.
- Strong anticipatory management skills and ability to resolve complex issues related to program boundaries and staffing.
- Excellent public speaking, interpersonal, and diplomacy skills.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as required by program delivery timelines.
Nice to have
- Experience working with simulated case management, scenario development, or medical education.
- Experience working across professional portfolios within a post-secondary Faculty or service unit.
- Demonstrated experience with intersectional equity, diversity, and inclusion initiatives.
