What you will do

• Support the Managing Director with global initiatives, project planning, and departmental budgeting.
• Ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements while identifying and mitigating operational risks.
• Collaborate with Client Integration, CSM, and Business Development teams to drive new business and retention.
• Manage sensitive client escalations and complex queries to maintain high-quality service standards.
• Drive the performance and professional development of direct reports through coaching and regular reviews.
• Champion innovation and change management to support a global operating model.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
• 10+ years of operations experience in financial services, fund administration, or asset management.
• 5-10 years of experience in a senior leadership capacity.
• Strong people leadership and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated business acumen and a risk-averse approach to resource management.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.
