What you will do

• Drive the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers to define talent needs and execute creative sourcing strategies.
• Review and analyze resumes using Greenhouse and the hirify.global Hiring app.
• Conduct comprehensive interviews to evaluate technical qualifications and cultural fit.
• Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to optimize hiring processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale both Robotics and SaaS organizations.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in international recruitment.
• Must be comfortable working a regular U.S. Pacific Time (PST/PT) schedule.
• Proficiency with recruitment tools, platforms, and ATS software.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong relationship-building skills with candidates and stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial startup environment.
