What you will do

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing, operations, and business roles.
  • Utilize sourcing strategies like Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter to build diverse talent pipelines.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Manage the hiring process within the ATS to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with HR to optimize workflows and meet hiring cycle goals.
  • Communicate the company mission and culture to inspire and engage candidates.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting across manufacturing, operations, and business functions.
  • Must be available to be onsite in Elizabeth, NJ at least 3 days per week.
  • Proven experience with direct sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms such as Ashby or Greenhouse.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.

  • Experience in the fragrance industry.
  • Previous experience in a startup environment.
