What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for aerospace and technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing.
• Partner with hiring managers and leadership to define role requirements and develop hiring strategies.
• Proactively engage high-caliber candidates via cold outreach, networking, and industry engagement.
• Manage the offer process, including compensation discussions and negotiations.
• Leverage Greenhouse analytics to track performance, identify pipeline trends, and achieve OKRs.
• Continuously improve recruiting processes and workflows to support rapid growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of professional experience as a technical recruiter.
• 2+ years of in-house recruiting experience.
• Proficiency with Greenhouse (or similar ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Must be a U.S. person (citizen, national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) to comply with ITAR/EAR export regulations.
• Strong ownership, urgency, and ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
