EPIC AutoOne Global Integration Lead (Automotive)

Location: Karlsbad, Baden-Württemberg, Germany; hybrid work environment with most office-based roles onsite three days a week. The role includes up to 20% domestic and international travel and coordination across Europe, the United States, and Asia.

What you will do

• Lead electrical and mechanical integration of infotainment and car audio systems in a global low-volume vehicle program of up to 15 prototype vehicles.
• Plan and coordinate vehicle builds, resources, and activities across Europe, the United States, and Asia.
• Define and enforce standardized integration and build processes to ensure consistent, production-representative vehicles.
• Integrate HMI, displays, cameras, HUDs, head units, audio systems, wiring concepts, interfaces, packaging, and mounting solutions.
• Provide technical leadership to global engineering and build teams while coordinating with project management, suppliers, partners, and leadership.
• Communicate project status, risks, deviations, quality, and maturity transparently.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of firsthand automotive delivery experience and hands-on R&D project experience.
• Proven experience using project management methodologies and managing project budgets.
• Excellent written and spoken English and German.
• Experience working on early demonstrators and in the innovative front end of product definition and creation.
• Technical leadership experience with cross-functional teams, global stakeholders, vendors, and external partners; a clean driving record is required for use of a hirify.global or customer-owned vehicle.
