Location: Hybrid (Karlsbad or Garching, Germany). Must be willing to travel up to 20% internationally and domestically.

What you will do

• Lead electrical and mechanical integration of infotainment and audio systems for low-volume vehicle programs.
• Plan and coordinate vehicle builds, resources, and activities across Europe, the US, and Asia.
• Define and enforce standardized integration and build processes globally.
• Ensure consistent, production-representative vehicle builds across all locations.
• Align interfaces, wiring concepts, packaging, and mounting solutions for automotive components.
• Act as the key interface between engineering, project management, and global leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or a related field.
• 7+ years of firsthand automotive delivery experience.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and German (C1+).
• Proven track record in project management methodologies and R&D project execution.
• Must possess a clean driving record and be willing to operate customer-owned vehicles.
• Ability to provide technical leadership to cross-functional global teams.
