ADAS Electronics Lead Engineer (Automotive)

Company

Develops automotive technology and electronics for safe, connected, and autonomous mobility, including sensors, displays, braking and comfort systems, software, architecture platforms, and driver assistance systems.

What you will do

• Develop ADAS sensors and controllers, including radar and camera systems.
• Design and evaluate electronic circuits and study product specifications.
• Create and present technical reports.
• Analyze failures and support discontinued components.
• Present to customers and internal stakeholders and manage alignment and negotiations.

Requirements

• Experience developing electronic circuit products.
• Ability to understand Japanese- and English-language specifications.
• Business-level English is required.
• Native-level Japanese is required.
• Knowledge of automotive or automotive-component development is welcome.

Nice to have

• Knowledge and experience with FMEA, FTA, FMEDA, or DRBFM.
• Knowledge and experience with EMC and reliability testing.
• Experience with electrical and electronic circuit simulation.
• Knowledge of CAN and Ethernet communication.
• Internal and external negotiation skills.
