Maintenance Leader (Automotive): Leading maintenance operations for electronic manufacturing equipment in an onsite Silao facility with an accent on equipment availability, reliability, preventive maintenance, and operational excellence. Focus on developing maintenance teams, implementing TPM and Lean Manufacturing practices, managing budgets, and improving Overall Equipment Effectiveness.

Location: Onsite in Silao, Guanajuato, Mexico

What you will do

Lead and develop the maintenance organization supporting electronic manufacturing processes.
Drive preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies.
Ensure manufacturing equipment readiness, availability, reliability, and performance.
Lead Maintenance Supervisors, Engineers, Technicians, and external contractors.
Develop maintenance technicians and implement world-class maintenance practices to improve OEE.
Manage maintenance budgets and expenditures while supporting safety, quality, cost, and delivery objectives.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical, or similar Engineering.
Advanced English proficiency required.
Experience leading maintenance supervisors, engineers, technicians, and external contractors.
Experience developing and maintaining preventive maintenance master plans.
Knowledge of problem-solving methodologies, TPM, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and LOTO.
