What you will do

• Manage project deliverables to ensure they meet schedule, budget, and quality requirements.
• Facilitate requirements analysis, design, and project planning sessions with external clients.
• Track and communicate project financial status, including margins and utilization metrics.
• Assess and manage changes to project scope, ensuring timely client approval.
• Coordinate resources and task management to ensure efficient delivery of work products.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting within internal management systems.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in project or program management.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office products including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, SharePoint, and Visio.
• Must be based in the greater Denver/Colorado Springs area or Salt Lake City, Utah.
• Ability to work in-office Monday-Thursday.

Nice to have

• Experience with NetSuite or OpenAir.
• Background in the financial services industry.
• Project Management Certification (PMP, CSM, CAPM, SAFe, etc.).
• Six Sigma or Lean process improvement experience.
