Project Manager (HEOR)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end project management including planning, resourcing, and timeline development.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across evidence synthesis, statistics, and health economic modelling.
• Manage client-facing communications, project governance, and status reporting.
• Monitor scope changes, manage change orders, and document impacts on budgets and timelines.
• Facilitate internal and external review cycles and collate feedback from reviewers.
• Support strategic portfolio oversight and develop standardized project management tools.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada
• 3+ years of experience in project management within consulting, life sciences, or HEOR environments.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in a client-facing role leading project management communications.
• Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Nice to have

• Experience supporting HEOR, evidence synthesis, or health economics projects.
• Familiarity with JCA submissions, HTA processes, or global evidence strategy programs.
• Experience coordinating work delivered by statisticians and systematic review teams.
• Awareness of project financials and scope management.
