What you will do
- Collaborate with agency teams to establish staffing plans, forecast upcoming work, and allocate resources.
- Act as the primary communication hub between agency team members and external partners for assigned accounts.
- Develop detailed timelines and manage budgets to ensure projects remain on schedule and within financial constraints.
- Work with Creative Services and Business Leadership to plan resources and manage cost estimates.
- Take ownership of agency processes, analyzing workflows and recommending software or system improvements.
- Provide performance input for employees across various departments to foster professional growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 5+ years of project or account management experience within a high-volume pharmaceutical advertising agency.
- Experience with Veeva Promats for MLR submissions.
- Proven expertise in timeline development and budget management.
- Proficiency in PC and MS Office Suite.
- Must be based in or able to work from the specified US or Canada hubs.
