What you will do

• Collaborate with agency teams to establish staffing plans, forecast upcoming work, and allocate resources.
• Act as the primary communication hub between agency team members and external partners for assigned accounts.
• Develop detailed timelines and manage budgets to ensure projects remain on schedule and within financial constraints.
• Work with Creative Services and Business Leadership to plan resources and manage cost estimates.
• Take ownership of agency processes, analyzing workflows and recommending software or system improvements.
• Provide performance input for employees across various departments to foster professional growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 5+ years of project or account management experience within a high-volume pharmaceutical advertising agency.
• Experience with Veeva Promats for MLR submissions.
• Proven expertise in timeline development and budget management.
• Proficiency in PC and MS Office Suite.
• Must be based in or able to work from the specified US or Canada hubs.
