What you will do
- Manage the execution, oversight, and delivery of clinical studies across a diverse client portfolio.
- Organize and participate in Monitor’s and Investigator’s Meetings and perform co-monitoring visits.
- Manage study timelines, resources, and budgets, implementing corrective action plans to prevent critical issues.
- Handle financial administration, including reviewing third-party invoices and tracking trial expenditures.
- Assess scope of work against contractual agreements to proactively identify change orders.
- Ensure strict compliance with Company QMS, ISMS, and PIMS requirements.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States.
- University Degree in scientific, medical, or paramedical disciplines.
- Minimum 3 years of Project Management experience in CRO/Pharmaceutical industry or 6 years as CM/CRA.
- Required experience managing complex oncology and hematology clinical trials.
- Expert knowledge of clinical trial operations, GCP/ICH Guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Project, CTMS, EDC software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Nice to have
- Experience acting as a Feasibility Associate (FEA).
