Location: Must be based in the USA (Eastern Time Zone or Central Time Zone), excluding New York

Salary: $69,000 – $112,000 USD (combined base and variable)

What you will do

  • Generate a pipeline of qualified leads using a blend of cold calling, emails, and LinkedIn.
  • Conduct discovery calls to assess lead fit based on the Ideal Customer Profile.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to identify and approach target accounts.
  • Continuously test and refine outreach tactics to engage prospects in impactful ways.
  • Partner with Marketing and Sales leadership to ensure a dynamic revenue opportunity flow.
  • Exceed quarterly targets for initial meetings with qualified prospects.

Requirements

  • Up to 1 year of full-time experience in sales, marketing, or BDR roles.
  • Fluent English is required.
  • Strong communication skills with confidence in cold and warm calling.
  • Competitive, self-motivated approach with a growth mindset.
  • Must be based in the US Eastern Time Zone (ET) or Central Time Zone (CT), excluding New York.

Nice to have

  • Experience with sales tools such as Outreach, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, and HubSpot.
  • Prior work experience in an early-stage SaaS or cloud technology startup.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Spanish or another European language.
