What you will do

• Partner with Account Executives to identify and qualify sales opportunities based on customer data unification and AI needs.
• Develop and deliver customized product demonstrations and proof-of-concept (POC) engagements.
• Design high-level solution architectures that integrate hirify.global's platform with customers' existing technology stacks.
• Lead the technical response for RFPs and RFIs, addressing complex technical objections.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to provide field feedback for product innovation.
• Support marketing events, webinars, and trade shows through technical presentations.

Requirements

• Must be based in Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, Georgia, North Carolina, or Washington DC
• Minimum 3 years of experience in pre-sales or solutions consulting within the enterprise software industry.
• Deep understanding of enterprise data challenges and data integration concepts.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to travel to customer locations as needed.

Nice to have

• Experience with SaaS, cloud architectures (AWS, GCP, Azure), and AI/ML concepts.
• Knowledge of Life Sciences, Healthcare, Financial Services, or CPG/Retail verticals.
• Hands-on experience with data modeling, ETL processes, or API integrations.
