Salary: $122,500–$170,000 + commission + equity

What you will do
- Map and prioritize channel partners in North America, focusing on deep investment in 3-5 strategic partners.
- Connect the channel ecosystem to cloud providers like AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud to generate partner-sourced pipeline.
- Structure channel agreements and programs that incentivize partners to resell and generate demand.
- Maintain accurate pipeline hygiene in Salesforce and Clari to track progress and deal progression.
- Facilitate collaboration between partners, product teams, and field sales to drive deals to closure.
- Build executive-level relationships to align partner strategies with ’s business goals.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in channel or partner sales roles at software or ISV companies.
- Existing network of channel partners and systems integrators in North America.
- Proven ability to structure channel agreements and build business cases using financial modeling.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and Clari for pipeline management.
- Experience collaborating with field sales teams and driving partner-sourced revenue.
- Comfort operating in ambiguous, build-it-yourself environments.

- Technical fluency in AI, Security, or DevOps platforms.
- Background in open-source, cloud, or data science/ML companies.
- Experience in fast-paced startup environments.
