What you will do

  • Design and manage repeatable enablement programs for product launches, GTM changes, and strategic revenue initiatives.
  • Build and evolve the launch readiness operating model, including tiers, requirements, and stakeholder responsibilities.
  • Create comprehensive readiness plans including playbooks, talk tracks, objection handling, and competitive guidance.
  • Partner with sales leadership to reinforce key messages, behaviors, and launch priorities.
  • Own governance for launch-related sales content and ensure alignment with field needs.
  • Define and track readiness and adoption metrics to improve future launch effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in sales enablement, GTM enablement, or product enablement.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Proven ability to build enablement programs from scratch in a scaling or high-growth B2B technology environment.
  • Strong ability to translate complex technical or product information into clear seller guidance.
  • Experience with stakeholder management across Sales, Product Marketing, and Product teams.
  • Measurement mindset with the ability to define and track program effectiveness indicators.

Nice to have

  • Experience in cloud, infrastructure, AI, data, or SaaS environments.
  • Familiarity with LMS, enablement platforms, Salesforce, or PRM systems.
  • Experience building launch readiness models for enterprise or mid-market sellers.
  • Experience creating manager reinforcement tools or certification programs.
