What you will do
- Design and manage repeatable enablement programs for product launches, GTM changes, and strategic revenue initiatives.
- Build and evolve the launch readiness operating model, including tiers, requirements, and stakeholder responsibilities.
- Create comprehensive readiness plans including playbooks, talk tracks, objection handling, and competitive guidance.
- Partner with sales leadership to reinforce key messages, behaviors, and launch priorities.
- Own governance for launch-related sales content and ensure alignment with field needs.
- Define and track readiness and adoption metrics to improve future launch effectiveness.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in sales enablement, GTM enablement, or product enablement.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Proven ability to build enablement programs from scratch in a scaling or high-growth B2B technology environment.
- Strong ability to translate complex technical or product information into clear seller guidance.
- Experience with stakeholder management across Sales, Product Marketing, and Product teams.
- Measurement mindset with the ability to define and track program effectiveness indicators.
Nice to have
- Experience in cloud, infrastructure, AI, data, or SaaS environments.
- Familiarity with LMS, enablement platforms, Salesforce, or PRM systems.
- Experience building launch readiness models for enterprise or mid-market sellers.
- Experience creating manager reinforcement tools or certification programs.
