What you will do

• Define technical solution strategies using AI-driven virtual agents, knowledge management, and digital engagement tools.
• Deliver high-impact demonstrations of CCaaS platform capabilities, focusing on conversational AI and analytics.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, and product teams to build innovative, forward-thinking solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business and IT executives to enhance customer self-service experiences.
• Lead discovery calls to identify opportunities and respond to RFIs/RFPs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technology field (MBA preferred).
• 7+ years of experience in solutions engineering, sales architecture, or data management.
• 5+ years of experience specifically within the contact center (CCaaS) domain.
• Proven expertise in chatbot, automation, and conversational AI solutions.
• Proficiency in web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS, DOM) and Enterprise SaaS APIs.
• Must be based in the USA.
