What you will do

• Define and execute global ISV/Tech partnership strategies aligned with product roadmaps and revenue goals.
• Source, negotiate, and close high-impact agreements including OEM, embedded, co-sell, and marketplace listings.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to design APIs, SDKs, and integration roadmaps for partner-enabled offers.
• Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and ARR via various distribution routes.
• Establish repeatable playbooks for partner evaluation, technical validation, and commercial scaling.
• Enable global field teams on partner solutions and manage joint marketing campaigns.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience leading ISV/technology partnerships in enterprise SaaS or fintech.
• Deep expertise in the CFO tech stack, including ERPs (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics) and integration patterns (REST APIs, webhooks).
• Proven track record in structuring complex commercial agreements and pricing for embedded finance offers.
• Strong product acumen to define integration scope and certification standards.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Nice to have

• Experience with hyperscaler marketplaces such as AWS, Azure, or Salesforce Appstore.
• Expertise in payments ecosystems, including tokenization, fraud/risk, and bank APIs.
• Familiarity with PRM/CRM tooling and partner attribution dashboards.
• Experience leading partner certification and technical validation programs.
