What you will do
- Lead and grow hirify.global’s strategic lodging partnerships across hotel chains, property management groups, and key supply partners.
- Serve as a senior external representative in complex, multi-stakeholder partner relationships.
- Develop and execute lodging supply partnership strategies aligned with company growth and customer experience objectives.
- Collaborate with Product and hirify.globalering to inform supplier-facing capabilities, integrations, and workflows.
- Act as a subject-matter expert on lodging distribution models, supplier economics, and partner requirements.
- Establish scalable operating approaches for supplier engagement, onboarding, and ongoing partnership management.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience leading complex, high-impact partnerships in travel, hospitality, fintech, enterprise SaaS, marketplaces, or platform businesses.
- Proven track record structuring and scaling strategic partnerships that balance near-term growth with long-term trust and incentives.
- Experience working with large, sophisticated partners at the executive level.
- Strong commercial judgment with the ability to evaluate tradeoffs across growth, economics, risk, and durability.
- Comfort engaging on platform- and technology-adjacent topics without owning product roadmaps or architecture.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functionally through influence in matrixed, fast-scaling organizations.
