What you will do
- Support requirements gathering across various change and transformation initiatives.
- Collaborate with senior analysts to document business processes, risks, and dependencies.
- Contribute to analysis planning, prioritization, and tracking of project progress.
- Assist in facilitating workshops and stakeholder discussions to define solution requirements.
- Evaluate proposed solutions against business needs, costs, and potential risks.
- Communicate project updates clearly to stakeholders and project teams.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to commute to Hove, UK.
- Strong communication skills with confidence in engaging diverse stakeholders.
- Structured and organized approach with high attention to detail.
- Ability to listen, ask insightful questions, and translate information into clear documentation.
- Interest in business analysis, change management, or project delivery.
- Customer-focused mindset with a desire to improve operational efficiency.

- Degree-level qualification or equivalent professional experience.
- Previous exposure to requirements gathering, process mapping, or project support roles.
