What you will do

• Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements.
• Assess current processes and identify opportunities to streamline workflows through technology.
• Create process maps, user stories, specifications, and business cases.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions.
• Partner with technical teams on solution design, testing support, and business validation.
• Support change management, training materials, user adoption, and post-implementation reviews.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT, digital transformation, or a similar environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into practical solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Proficiency with tools such as M365 and Visio (or equivalent business analysis/mapping tools).
• Based remotely in the UK (occasional travel required).
