What you will do

• Provide independent reviews and recommendations for underwriting on large existing Schemes and MGAs.
• Assess new scheme opportunities in collaboration with Delivery Underwriters to support profitable growth.
• Design and develop data standards and reporting suites using visualization tools to monitor portfolio performance.
• Analyze trends in performance metrics such as loss ratios, claims frequency, and deal conversion.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across underwriting, operations, and sales to drive strategic business improvements.
• Ensure all portfolio decisions align with regulatory requirements and company values.

Requirements

• Experience in an analytical role identifying trends and driving business growth.
• Background in insurance, specifically within Schemes, MGA, Pricing, or Portfolio Management.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools including Python, R, or SQL.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and data manipulation skills.
• Ability to communicate complex insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
