What you will do

• Act as the primary operational partner and trusted advisor for London-based Private Wealth Advisors and senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with US-based management to design and implement the local PWM Operations strategy.
• Manage regional escalations for complex or high-priority operational issues, coordinating across global functional teams.
• Proactively identify operational pain points and translate business needs into actionable operational or technological solutions.
• Oversee risk management by identifying process vulnerabilities and ensuring adherence to regional regulatory requirements.
• Analyze operational performance using BI tools to provide strategic updates to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3 to 5+ years of professional experience in financial services, wealth management, or operations.
• Proven track record of building strong relationships and influencing senior business leaders.
• Ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy as the sole regional representative.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and aptitude for business intelligence tools.
