What you will do
- Own commercial performance of key customer journeys, identifying opportunities to improve conversion, customer experience, and profitability.
- Use data to understand customer behavior, commercial performance, and market trends, turning insights into actions that drive growth.
- Build business cases, prioritize opportunities, and influence commercial decisions through structured analysis and recommendations.
- Partner with Pricing, Tech, Customer Care, and Claims to design, deliver, and optimize initiatives that improve customer and business outcomes.
- Define success metrics, monitor performance, and build Tableau dashboards to support data-driven decision making.
- Launch, test, and continuously optimize products, propositions, and customer journeys to unlock further growth opportunities.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in consulting, business analysis, commercial strategy, growth, or a similar analytical role in a fast-growing technology or data-driven business.
- Strong commercial mindset and curiosity about how businesses grow.
- Excellent analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfort taking ownership in a proactive, fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
