What you will do
- Gather, analyze, and document complex business and technical requirements for network projects.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to define user stories, process maps, and acceptance criteria.
- Design scalable, user-focused processes to simplify operations and drive automation.
- Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and impacts using data-driven approaches.
- Lead continuous improvement squads to solve operational challenges and optimize performance.
- Communicate project outcomes and benefits to ensure business readiness and adoption.
Requirements
- Must be based in Birmingham or Ipswich, UK
- Proven experience in business analysis methodologies to improve operational efficiency.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrable experience in both Agile and Waterfall delivery environments.
- Ability to translate complex insights into actionable business cases and process improvements.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in Power BI for data visualization.
- Lean Six Sigma certification or experience.
- Experience with AI-driven initiatives.
