What you will do

• Facilitate stakeholder workshops to define user stories, process maps, and acceptance criteria.
• Design scalable, user-focused processes to simplify operations and drive automation.
• Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and impacts using data-driven approaches.
• Lead continuous improvement squads to solve operational challenges and optimize performance.
• Communicate project outcomes and benefits to ensure business readiness and adoption.

Requirements

• Must be based in Birmingham or Ipswich, UK
• Proven experience in business analysis methodologies to improve operational efficiency.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence technical and non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrable experience in both Agile and Waterfall delivery environments.
• Ability to translate complex insights into actionable business cases and process improvements.

• Proficiency in Power BI for data visualization.
