What you will do
- Define and own product, customer, and commercial metrics across the Decision Platform suite, including Rules Engine and AI Engine.
- Analyze user journeys and product data to provide actionable recommendations that influence the roadmap and UX.
- Partner with Product Managers and Designers to shape discovery, define success measures, and evaluate feature impact.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Data teams to improve instrumentation, data quality, and event capture.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and strategic reporting to link OKRs to product and commercial performance.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market benchmarking to inform product strategy and investment decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Product Analyst in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or platform environments.
- Proficiency in SQL and spreadsheet tools for independent and robust ad hoc analysis.
- Experience with product analytics and BI tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, Tableau, or Looker.
- Strong track record of delivering actionable insights that influenced roadmap and business outcomes.
- Ability to operate autonomously in ambiguous environments with strong stakeholder management skills.
