Electrical Supervisor (Wind Energy)

Location: Madrid, Spain (Onsite). Full availability to travel without restrictions.

What you will do

• Provide technical electrical support for WTG installation, connection, and finishing.
• Identify and resolve electrical and quality deviations to ensure smooth commissioning.
• Ensure strict compliance with HSE requirements on site and intervene when rules are not followed.
• Coordinate electrical technical modifications in collaboration with the Engineering department.
• Deliver technical guidance and on-site training to supervisors and field teams.
• Perform electrical quality checks and prepare comprehensive technical documentation.

Requirements

• Vocational technical studies (FPII/Technical Diploma) is mandatory.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the wind industry.
• Proven experience in wind farm installation, electrical works, commissioning or maintenance.
• Ability to work at heights and in demanding HSE environments.
• Full availability to travel without restrictions.
• English: Good level (spoken and written) required.

Nice to have

• Engineering degree in Electrical, Electromechanical, Mechatronics, or Mechanical fields.
• Experience leading teams or working in quality-focused roles.
• International driving license.
