What you will do

• Technically assess lifting operations for various components, ensuring safe and efficient execution.
• Define and propose the optimal crane configuration based on turbine type, technology, required heights, and site conditions.
• Provide specialized technical support throughout all project phases involving lifting operations.
• Participate in the preparation and validation of lifting plans, identifying risks and mitigation measures.
• Advise and support the organization in internal processes requiring crane-related expertise.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure proper coordination and technical alignment in all lifting activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in technical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Experience using AutoCAD, Autocad 3D, Teamcenter Visualization, Microsoft Office, and MS Project.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position with crane operations.
• Self-responsible, structured, and solution-oriented.
• Communicative and proactive with the ability to work with multicultural teams.
• Excellent communicator with strong English skills, fluent spoken and written.

Nice to have

• German language skills are an advantage.
• Availability to make short trips.
