What you will do

  • Provide technical electrical support during the installation, connection, adjustment, and finishing phases of WTGs.
  • Identify and resolve electrical and quality deviations to ensure smooth commissioning and long-term reliability.
  • Ensure full compliance with HSE requirements on site and intervene when safety rules are breached.
  • Coordinate and launch electrical technical modifications in collaboration with the Engineering department.
  • Deliver technical guidance and on-site training to supervisors and field teams.
  • Perform electrical quality checks and submit detailed technical documentation and reports.

Requirements

  • Vocational technical studies (FPII/Technical Diploma) are mandatory.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the wind industry, specifically in wind farms (installation, electrical works, or commissioning).
  • Comfortable working at heights and in demanding HSE environments.
  • Full availability to travel without restrictions.
  • International driving license.
  • English: B2 level (spoken and written) is required.

Nice to have

  • Engineering degree in Electrical, Electromechanical, Mechatronics, or Mechanical engineering.
  • Previous experience leading teams or working in quality-focused roles.
