What you will do

• Act as the primary technical liaison between Engineering and global Supervision Operations.
• Review and clarify engineering documents to ensure alignment with field requirements and revisions.
• Ensure site supervision compliance with international standards, project specifications, and safety/quality requirements.
• Support field teams in identifying, reporting, and resolving technical deviations or conflicts.
• Collaborate with Engineering to provide constructability feedback for design improvements.
• Conduct worldwide site visits for supervision, audits, and technical problem-solving.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a similar discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in site supervision or field operations in large-scale energy or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, instrumentation, and multidisciplinary interfaces.
• Proficient in English (C1) and Spanish.
• Willingness to travel globally up to 40–60% of the time.
• Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office.

Nice to have

• Experience in the wind power industry.
• Knowledge of mechanical, civil, or automation interfaces.
• Additional language skills, such as German.
