What you will do
- Facilitate cross-functional FMEA deployment and ensure strict compliance with industry standards.
- Identify, eliminate, and control critical failures in product and process design.
- Moderate FMEA workshops and act as a mentor for the internal cross-functional community.
- Drive continuous improvement of the product development and adjacent processes.
- Ensure quality visibility and standards across all company levels.
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a quality, design, or manufacturing engineer in mature industrial sectors (automotive, aerospace, medical).
- Profound experience with P-FMEA and D-FMEA methodologies according to APQP, AIAG/VDA.
- Proficiency in FMEA software (APIS, PLATO) and statistical tools (Minitab, JUMP).
- English spoken and written fluently is mandatory.
- Proficiency in German or Spanish is required.
- Must be based in Madrid, Spain for a hybrid work arrangement.
Nice to have
- Additional certifications in Six Sigma, APQP, or similar quality standards.
