What you will do

• Develop and maintain core financial models across P&L, balance sheet, and regulatory capital.
• Design and enhance Anaplan modules, UX pages, and planning processes.
• Manage data flows, reconciliations, and automation opportunities to improve model efficiency.
• Partner with Product, Risk, Treasury, and Technology teams to enable insightful reporting.
• Improve model governance, documentation, and transparency of key assumptions.
• Support budgeting, long-term planning, and stress testing scenarios.

Requirements

• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills with a structured approach to design and testing.
• Experience with planning systems such as Anaplan, including data quality and system integration.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate complex outputs to senior stakeholders.
• Must be based in London or able to commute to the office 2-3 days per week.
• Must have the right to work in the UK.

Nice to have

• Financial services or retail banking experience.
• Anaplan certification or experience with Application Lifecycle Management.
• Knowledge of regulatory capital, IFRS 9, or credit risk modelling.
• Experience with Python, ETL pipelines, or BI tools.
