What you will do

• Lead the global financial planning process and serve as a trusted liaison between the CEO, CFO, and CRO.
• Manage integrated P&L budgeting, reporting, and forecasting in collaboration with Controllership and Strategic Finance teams.
• Partner with commercial leaders to analyze GTM efficiency, including contribution margin and LTV/CAC.
• Oversee the tools, queries, and databases that underpin regular reporting and ad hoc analysis.
• Drive efficiency and automation across all FP&A workflows through the adoption of agentic AI and best-in-class tooling.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, Investment Banking, or Private Equity.
• Experience working within a high-growth, global business environment.
• Expertise in integrated financial modelling, including top-line, COGS, and Opex analysis.
• Proven leadership skills with a record of hiring and developing world-class talent.
• Proficiency with large datasets and SQL.
• Experience using AI/ML tools to automate analysis and simplify queries.

Nice to have

• Sector experience in fintech or payments.
• Experience with Pigment or equivalent FP&A products.
