What you will do

  • Lead the Group-wide annual business planning process, including governance and coordination across business units.
  • Define and embed driver-based planning methodologies and improve forecast accuracy.
  • Act as the Group process owner for planning and forecasting, setting standards and policies.
  • Drive standardization and simplification of planning processes to reduce manual activity.
  • Integrate planning outputs with management information to ensure consistency and forward-looking insight.
  • Partner with the Performance Management Team to align KPI definitions and reporting structures.

Requirements

  • Strong FP&A leadership experience with deep expertise in financial modelling, planning, and forecasting.
  • Degree level education and professionally qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
  • Strong understanding of finance processes within a complex organizational environment.
  • Excellent analytical capability and ability to translate financial data into business insight.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
  • Experience in driving process improvement and supporting change within finance environments.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the insurance or financial services industry.
  • Experience with off-shoring processes.
