Head of Finance (Consulting & Technology): Leading the financial function for the C&T division with an accent on FP&A, financial control, and business transformation. Location: Must be based in London, UK (Hybrid: 2 days/week in office)

What you will do
- Lead and develop a team of 33 across FP&A, financial control, and transactional finance.
- Design and innovate financial analytics, KPIs, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
- Drive transformation and operating model improvements, including offshoring initiatives.
- Own the annual budget and provide insightful performance reporting to the Executive Leadership team.
- Oversee balance sheet reporting, audit processes, and transactional finance efficiency.
- Influence stakeholders and support the integration of Consulting and Technology business units.
Requirements
- Qualified Accountant with seasoned functional leadership expertise.
- Must have FP&A experience, ideally managing multi-geographical teams.
- Experience working in a global organization with complex reporting requirements.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex financial data to non-finance leadership.
- Expert knowledge of accounting systems such as D365 or Sage.
- Must be based in or able to commute to London for hybrid office attendance.

- Experience working within a Private Equity (PE) environment.
