What you will do

• Lead global people costs and headcount forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning.
• Manage central G&A forecasting and budgeting processes across the Group.
• Partner with global Finance, People, and function leaders in a matrix structure to improve decision-making.
• Develop and maintain scalable headcount planning models to serve as a reliable source of truth.
• Analyze cost performance and variances, providing actionable recommendations for the CFO and Board.
• Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes by leveraging automation and AI tools.

Requirements

• Qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent).
• Experience in financial planning and management reporting within complex global organizations.
• Strong financial modeling skills for large cost bases and headcount forecasting.
• Ability to handle highly sensitive personal data with absolute professionalism and discretion.
• Proficiency in working with large datasets, planning systems, and reporting tools.
• Location: Must be based in London, UK (Hybrid)
