What you will do

• Establish North America procurement delivery for TL, LTL, Intermodal, Parcel, and Air freight.
• Develop and track vendor KPIs, including on-time service, tender acceptance, and spot engagement.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and perform market rate analysis to drive performance improvements.
• Manage and mentor a team of 3-5 support roles.
• Collaborate with procurement, technology, and audit teams to optimize customer networks and reduce costs.
• Handle operational escalations and ensure vendor service compliance.

Requirements

• Must be based in the U.S.
• At least 5 years of combined experience in carrier procurement and logistics/operations.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Solid understanding of transportation carrier contracts, rate structures, and network management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and working knowledge of Tableau.
• Familiarity with TMS platforms (e.g., Mercury Gate, Oracle Transportation Management) and industry tools like DAT-TransCore.
