Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year.

What you will do

• Manage daily onsite service operations to ensure safe, reliable, and accessible transportation for the community.
• Make real-time decisions regarding fleet, driver supply, and compliance to resolve unexpected issues.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with drivers, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service.
• Analyze rider and community feedback to identify patterns and implement actionable operational improvements.
• Utilize data and technology to diagnose service performance problems and enhance overall efficiency.
• Serve as the operational liaison between city partners, drivers, and central internal teams.

Requirements

• Must be based in Prescott, AZ and available to work onsite 4-5 days per week.
• Proven experience in operations, people management, logistics, or process-oriented roles.
