What you will do

• Manage relationships with logistics service providers and act as the liaison between hirify.global and outsourced fulfilment centres.
• Monitor and manage supplier performance using KPIs and supplier reports; lead corrective actions.
• Run weekly business reviews and GEMBA walks, follow up on identified issues, and analyze service levels and costs.
• Drive continuous improvement of warehouse and material flow processes with service partners; proactively resolve operational issues.
• Own inventory levels for consumables, optimize usage, and monitor delivery timeliness.
• Lead FC network process ownership as a subject-matter expert: develop process standards, define metrics/tools/dashboards, train FC managers, and run benchmarking/metrics reviews.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in 3rd-party logistics (provider and/or customer side) or experience leading as a site leader of a warehouse (e-commerce/B2C preferred).
• Strong methodological competence in process and material flow analysis (intralogistics).
• Lean Management and/or Six Sigma experience.
• Experience leading medium-complex to complex projects related to operations.
• Sound understanding of e-commerce fulfilment processes and technical requirements.
• First people management experience.
