What you will do

• Handle daily Order and Transport Management tasks and documentation following quality standards.
• Support internal and external customers for the NORAM region during the second shift (14-22 or 15-23).
• Drive process optimization and participate in projects to enhance service delivery and efficiency.
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory and internal quality guidelines and support audit activities.
• Collaborate with teams across various hirify.global locations to ensure operational continuity.
• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or be able to relocate to Lodz, Poland.
• 2+ years of professional experience in Customer Service or Order Management.
• 2+ years of proficiency with SAP modules.
• English: C1-C2 level required.
• University degree in Business, Economics, Logistics, or a related field.
• Strong operational skills in Excel, Word, and Outlook.

• Experience in Project Management.
