What you will do

• Lead and develop a large team of 150 to 300 Associates and their direct Team Leaders.
• Manage inbound (IB) and outbound (OB) shift operations to ensure efficient order fulfillment and dispatch.
• Analyze performance and risk metrics to meet business objectives and building KPIs.
• Maintain high levels of safety, compliance, and product loss prevention on the floor.
• Identify innovation opportunities and use Lean tools to drive continuous process improvement.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Health & Safety, and Security teams to ensure overall site success.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain, or Logistics.
• Proven managerial experience with large teams and strong stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for analyzing complex processes.
• Proficiency in business-level English.

Nice to have

• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen techniques.
• Background in a similar logistical work environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
