What you will do

• Coordinate capacity and production activities across network changes and warehouse transitions.
• Manage and optimize order allocation settings (DOM) to balance service levels and costs.
• Own the Production Planning Template (PPT) and integrate inbound/outbound forecasts.
• Collaborate with Operations to define and monitor labor capacity and slot planning.
• Maintain visibility of warehouse capacity and ensure system data accuracy.
• Prepare volume forecasts and translate them into actionable operational plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in supply chain management, specifically in labor/capacity planning and network design.
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools including Excel, SQL, and data modeling.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
